Each student will be required to assess the overall effectiveness of a company/institution/agency in Albany or any other city in the context of Organizational Behavior theory. Students will be required to collect data using interviews or surveys and then use the data to assess their chosen company on various elements like corporate culture, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal communication, motivation and submit their overall assessment in a report. Students could also undertake a secondary based research as well– do an internet based study on a company and collect data.
Students should format their report in this manner:
Introduction about the company
Description of the company’s culture, teamwork policies, structure, leadership, communications and motivation programs. Other topics can also be discussed if/as needed.

Use 12 font, New Times Roman, 11/2 spacing.
